Unfortunately, it has happened again.  This is another one that I am not sure of.  The only thing I can think of is Lovely Idol.... sigh.... Again, if anyone knows who she is COSPLAYING please let me know and I will make an update, like I made for the "Devil Girl" post (A.K.A. Ran Mao from Black Butler).
