Well, here is a strange, but awesome, character. I don't know if he is in many other anime/manga, but he is the manager of an anime shop that is frequented by Konata Izumi, from Lucky Star. If there ever was a better manager, I would require you to prove it to me. Not only does this guy get all the products lined up and ready for you, but he does it whilst running through fire.
