Alright! After a few days of working on the photos, I believe that they are finally done! YEY! So here is the rest of the Asahina Mikuru. Enjoy!
I'm deeply indebted to this cosplayer for her time and talent, and hope that we can meet up again in the future. She has a few more characters that I would like to do a few shoots with. I hope that she had as much fun as I did, and will have the time. Thanks Mikuru, godspeed.

Mikuru Asahina Teaser

So while I was at Fanime 2009, there was this really cool cosplayer, Mikuru Asahina. She let me take a TON of photos of her at various places. I was able to get all sorts of poses, to the fact that really ran out.


During the shoot, I was so busy thinking about glamour poses that I forgot to have her do some of the most unforgettable poses from Haruhi! DAM! No Mikuru beam pose, no fighting poses, and no embarrassing Haruhi forced poses (although I would have needed a Haruhi).


Hopefully we will be able to meet up again, and do another couple of shoots. Oh well, I'm sure I was starting to bore her during parts of the shoot, if not the whole thing. I was able to get lots of good shots though!


I thought that I would start of with a little teaser preview. I have been busy with school, but now that finals are over and done with, it is time to start overhauling the photos.

More Felicia!

OK! So I am not able to post certain photos from Photobucket. Apparently, Felicia here is showing too much skin... I'm surprised that it won't let me post photos of her, when I have much more um... interesting photos from Hot Import Nights (HIN).


Oh, well! I will start posting onto flickr now for these photos. the only issue with doing so is that you need to click on the photos now in order to see the set. It only allows me to put one photo per blog entry, and as much as I would like to talk about the photos; I would rather just let the readers enjoy viewing them.

Day Walker & Felicia - Fanime 2009

As I was walking around Fanime looking for more victims.... err, I mean models; I came across a couple, one vampire and one 'Darkstalkers' Felicia. Their costumes were quite impressive, Felicia explained to me that this was the maiden voyage of her character.


AWESOME! Great job! The gentleman vampire was good with his expressions, I wish that I got more of his facial expressions and poses. Hopefully, we can meet up in the future and take more photos. Take care, and keep having fun.

D.Gray-Man

Hello again! Here is a new post of photos of a D.Gray-Man Crew. They did an awesome job. I hope that I will run into them again in the future. I'm going to have to make a trip out to the L.A. area or maybe just wait for Fanime to come around again (hehe). It will have to be a while though, everything for Japan has been settled, and I will be leaving in September.


I'm looking for a website, that gets a lot of hits. The reason being that at the Nagoya Cosplay Summit, in order to get in and take photos, you need to get a press badge. Being a freelancer, and not a staff photographer, it is difficult to get in. If there is a website out there that will not be attending the Cosplay Summit, but would like to have photos of it, please let me know. We can make arrangements for photo trades and name usage. Thanks for checking this out!

Chun-Li Vs. Sakura

So as a continuation of photos, here are more of Chun-Li and her buddy Sakura. These are the ones that turned out best. There may be more later. School and work are really taking their toll on me, but at least school is coming to a break shortly. I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully, I will be able to post a lot more frequently after next week. Until then keep looking forward for more photos. I have D.Gray-man, Felicia, and Asahina Mikuru coming. Enjoy!

A Chun-Li Classic

Wow, so it has been a little longer that I anticipated for updating photos. This is actually the last week of class prior to summer for me, so that is why there has been a slow down in the amount of photos that are popping up. I'm gearing up for finals week, all my finals seem to have fallen on the same day. Lucky? or Unlucky? Well here is one long awaited update.

So the next set of photos that I have been working on (between studying for finals) are of Chun-Li. The cosplayer has really done a good job too. The problem with these set of photos is a hand rail that is on the wall just does not complement the photo. I havn't gone through all of them yet, so maybe there will be a rail in one of the upcoming photos. Please enjoy.
