If voted for character with the most annoying laugh, Naga the Serpent would probably win without much difficulty. If you don't know what I mean, you should check out the Slayers Movies or OVA (Original Video Animation). She's not really a main character, and I don't even know if we can call her a co-star, but she does get a bit of screen time when she is present in the series. Admittedly, I am more of the television series fan. Anonymous Proxy, does make a great to look at Naga though. You can check out more of her photos on the Pirotess Post or Zessica Wong Post as well.
